Bella Chastain has spent seven years teaching movement — evolving from yoga into mobility as her focus shifted toward structure, sustainability, and human performance.

What began as a search for alignment became a deeper belief: that physical capacity is not indulgence, but responsibility — maintaining the body as a vessel for service, creativity, and care.

​

MOBL reflects that belief: a modern movement system designed to protect the joints, regulate stress, and expand the body’s capacity to contribute to something greater.
