PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Personalized mentorship for movement, recovery, and accountability.

MOBL private instruction offers individualized mobility mentorships — built to restore control, prevent injury, and create sustainable performance.

Each session integrates joint articulation, fascia hydration, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation. The work is precise, structured, and designed to translate into everything else you do — from strength and sport to the way you show up in daily life.

Available in-person (NYC) and virtually worldwide.

THE MOBL FRAMEWORK

ASSESSMENT & FOUNDATION

We begin with a 45-minute mobility consultation assessing joint range, posture, breath, and movement patterns.

You’ll receive a concise MOBL Movement Report highlighting key focus areas.

CUSTOM MOBILITY PLAN

A tailored training plan targeting joint control, balance, and recovery capacity — blending evidence-informed movement, breath, and restorative design.

ACCOUNTABILITY & ADAPTATION

Between sessions, you’ll receive optional check-ins and simple self-practice assignments to maintain progress. We track changes every 4–6 weeks to measure improvement in range, control, and nervous-system resilience.

INTEGRATION

Sessions teach your body to organize itself — to move efficiently, breathe clearly, and recover completely.

Every session is an act of awareness: a chance to refine structure, regulate stress, and rebuild stability from the inside out.

  • High-performers seeking structured recovery between demanding training or careers.

  • Creatives and professionals managing chronic tension, fatigue, or postural strain.

  • Anyone ready to move with more clarity, control, and intention.

Your body is your architecture — designed to move, adapt, and sustain.
Let’s rebuild its structure with precision and purpose.
